Working from the "Tanaga Tiga" Kuntao Silat System, the instructors of the KSK Hawaii School will take you through the first level instructional cycle. This is a combination of Mustika Kweetang Silat and Kun Lun Pai Kuntao.
Broken down into instructional blocks involving functional and structural strength training. Taking the student through re-training in the reflexive reponses, to the correct reponses and re-inserting them for the reflexive . Balance and posturing for combative purposes will regain the students core, and up the fitness levels to a high degree.
Concepts and principles taught are of the system and give the student a working knowledge of the human anatomy and the responses of the opponent to certain attacks which place the Kuntao Silat student 5 to 6 steps ahead of any attacker.
This system will not be watered down and the concepts taught should be taken as serious self defense and not practised in a hap-hazard manner.
